The yellow indicator on the status bar says that the listening port is not open.

I changed the setting to Use a different port on each startup. Still none of the trackers seem to be working.

That wouldn't fix this issue. If you would use a different port at each startup then the new port must be opened again and again cause its different everytime, or use UPNP and enable it on both but I would advice to use one port. So try to use one port and configure it correctly within your firewall/router and then restart qBittorrent. While qBittorrent is running you can test the port here if its open, if yes then it will say Succes: Canyouseeme.org. The problem is that the port isn't correctly opened in your firewall and/or router. The icon must be turn green in order to get the best results while downloading/uploading.

Downloads seem to be working now after adding an exception in the IDS setting in ESET firewall. Thanks everyone!  :D

It is fixed by allowing qBitTorrent through the firewall

A bit more detailed explanation, please.

- OS, qBittorrent version?
- When did you install Eset, at what point it stopped working?
- Was it working before?
- Is it only the antivirus or the complete package with firewall and such?
- Any hardware change recently or newly installed OS?
- You sure the port is open?

I've deleted your topic that you have opened asking the same thing. Its either here or your own topic, you have chosen to use this topic instead so we continue here.

What happens if you disable the AV? does qbt connect?

I had the same problem (trackers are not working, DHT: 0 nodes and nothing is downloaded) when I enable "Listen on IPv6 address".

It seems that once you tick "Listen on IPv6 address", all IPv4 communication stops.
I used wireshark and did not see any announce to a IPv4 private tracker.
So dual stack is not possible in QBT? Sounds like a serious bug
