What's this "Queued" status for torrents?

Just upgraded to the latest build. Now some torrents that have been completely downloaded and seeding appear "Queued" when I start qB. They take a while to change to seeding staus. What's going on with this? Thanks.

Your queue setting need 'fixing'

That was my first guess but I looked thru all the settings and didn't see anything. I'll look again.


EDIT.  OK, I feel like a putz now. Don't know how I missed it. I found it and deactivated it. Thanks.
