Qbit 3.3.1 Stalled Issue and Download Speed issue

After upgrading to qbit 3.3.1 there is frequent stalled issue and download speed is getting lowered each time . but in 3.2.5 those issues were not present. Speed was excellent in 3.2.5 may be a bug. Found its  of Boost 1.59 issue. no other change is found else changelog.
