We have our local ISP which caches the torrents to save External Bandwith which then gets shared on LAN itself , of late i have seen that the peer connects successfully but after a while it disconnects but it works perfectly well with uTorrent all settings are identical , is there a place where logs are written to find out why the connection gets dropped.
The site is torbox.net

3.3.3 , log doesn't say anything

Nothing, as in the absence of any thing.
or
Nothing that looks relevant?

Nope, one thing which i noticed was as soon as it drops the connection to Local Peer and if a pause the torrent and resume it gets the connection again to that peer.

That could be indicative of two things;
Your setting for half-open connections is too high and/or the ratio of upload slots to connections needs some adjusting.
