In order to use the automatic TMM I think I would have to mirror the names of my folders to the names of the categories, and that I don't intend to do atm. For instance, I use special characters like # in the name of some of my folders (first character), to get them displayed on top of other directories, and that I wouldn't want mirrored on the categories list...

It's maybe too soon for me to tell anything about the look as I'm still figuring out how to use them. As for having 2 or more categories selected, I see it as tagging and that would probably be another feature request. By the way, I like this tagging idea.

Yes you need to use the same names and this system is not even good if you have more than 1 hard disk
I have 2 hard disks (D and E) so i can't use automatic system because it will append the name of the catery to the wrong path some of the times
The best thing would be to be able to associate a path to every category, indipendently from the default save path. (this was the best feature of BitSpirit)

i just tried the automatic TMM now and it's awesome... Before I started the torrent, I had set its category to <name of sub-folder>, and kept looking at the Save path column, to see if it would change. Nothing happened. So I started the torrent and waited again for the location change. Nothing again. Then I right-clicked it and enabled Automatic Torrent Management and then ta da... the save path updated. This was just an ebook, so I need to test the TMM with bigger torrents.

edit: I just tested this again with the option "When category change > relocate the torrent" and was able to see the immediate change on the Save path column even before starting the torrent. uhuuul :P

I think now I got the hang of it. Using the automatic TMM is pretty simple if you don't download to different HDD's all the time. And if one needs to change the default location, isn't it just a matter of setting standard names for the all the sub-folders in each HDD?

was thinking about music categorizing... if all sub-cats are displayed like music/rock/band, it will not look really good (too many items displayed...)

Erm, I just pressed Automatic Torrent Management having selected all my torrents. I meant to pause them all but clicked wrong and TA DA all my torrents's save paths moved to my desktop which is my default save path. And ofc they all appeared on my desktop! Is it possible to revery my action somehow, because this is INSANE! No prompt dialog was shown and no prior warning as to what is about to happen once that diabolic button is pressed?
