After Update all torrent on "missing files"

I made a directly upgrade of my very old version (2.9.2) to the newest one. I get a message that it is needed to go to a new file system and i can only downgrade to version 3.3.0. I accept and after Installation is finished now all my current 133 torrents show "missing files".

I used categories in my old version and all the torrents now are in "uncategorized". Also Save path is default, means one folder above the categories.

I try "set location" and select the correct save path. Then try "Force recheck", torrent changes to "paused" and still 0 %.

Any Ideas how to solve it instead reloading all torrent manually?

I decided to make a new clean installation of qBittorent.
