When I click the X to turn off my qB, the Task Manager does not show the program running.. but when I turn qB back on after some hours, I see that my downloads have completed.
In other words, it appears that I cannot turn off the program. This concerns me, as it continues to download after I turn off my VPN.
Is there a setting I need to check? How can I quit the program DEFINITELY , without rebooting?
I am using a VPN, Windows 10, qB ver. 3.3.7
