Slower speeds in 3.3.16 than 3.3.15

In 3.3.15, I would regularly max out around 10MB/s down running up to 6 torrents simultaneously, with 70 connections each.
Now after upgrading to 3.3.16, my connection struggles to even hit 2.5MB/s down, each with 200+ seeds and a few dozen peers.
I have uTP enabled for both scenarios, running Win10 Pro x64.

EDIT: Nevermind, the problem was the torrents. Tried a different torrent today and did not have the same problem.
