"Inhibit system sleep when torrents are active" not working?

Inhibit system sleep on Windows 7 64-bit with qBittorrent v4.0.02 (64-bit) doesn't work for me.

I have checked "Inhibit system sleep when torrents are active" and the command "powercfg -requests" returns:

    $ powercfg -requests
    DISPLAY:
    None.

    SYSTEM:
    None.

    AWAYMODE:
    None.

Any suggestions?
