The interface doesn't open!

The interface doesn't open!
The problem is the program opens in the processes of the task manager but the interface does not open! I tried to disable the firewall, disable anti-virus and get old versions ... And nothing worked! Could you guys suggest a solution?

Are you starting minimized? Look in the hidden icons on the Taskbar.
