Why the re-hash speed is much lower in 4.x than in 3.x

With the same torreents, the re-hash speed in 3.x is almost the full read speed of disk at 150M/s, while in 4.x is about 80M/s.
As the amount of  data is dozens of T, this difference of speed is important to me.
