4.0.3 RSS feeder limit problem?

Under Options, RSS, RSS Reader. I have "Maximum number of articles per feed" set to 250. Yet the RSS tab only shows the last 50 per feed. I know this used to work in 3.3.16.

Anyone else seeing this?
