Torrents start as "Stalled"

So I just switched from uTorrent and for some reason my torrents start as "Stalled" before changing to "Downloading". Is this supposed to happen?

Yes, that's the way it is I think. I would only worry if they stayed on 'stalled' when there are seeders.
