I'm trying to find out how to edit the Web UI on Windows but I can't find the HTML file anywhere. The reason for me wanting to edit the Web UI is because I want to relocate the "Upload Torrents" button right underneath the "Choose Files" button so I can submit my torrents on mobile through the Web UI. On the mobile web browser, it seems I can't scroll down on its Web UI window. That's why I want to relocate the button. Not all of my portable devices are Android so I can't download its app.
