Is there some setting to fix this? Qbit will send data back to the tracker/peers or something, not respecting global limits and totally chokes my whole internet by using all my upload bandwidth to the point I can't browse the web. All while not seeding zero torrents.
And if I am seeding a torrent I have to set the limit to 30 KiB/s and it will use all my 100 KiB/s worth of bandwidth doing god knows what.
