I am running qBittorent 4.1.1 on Win7. When I am in Firefox, I select a torrent to download and qBittorent just does its thing.
Recently, I switched to Chrome (don't ask why), and now what happens is the selected torrent downloads to my Downloads folder, and I have to manually go to qBittorent and then open the torrents.
I did not make any change in settings and can't figure out how to have qBittorent just start downloading the selected torrent without having to manually open it.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Firefox v. Chrome Issue
Re: Firefox v. Chrome Issue
Why did you switch to Chrome?
You can have qB monitor the Download folder.
You can have qB monitor the Download folder.
Re: Firefox v. Chrome Issue
I am actually using both browsers for different purposes -- which is probably the most cumbersome route to one of the problems I was trying to solve.
Thanks for the tip about having qB monitor the Download folder. I made the change and will circle back if that does not solve the issue.
Thanks again for taking the time to reply.
