What means status="Stalled"

After having added lots of torrents some of the show a status "Stalled".

What is the meaning of stalled?

How can I un-stall them?

When I Force download such a stalled torrent then instead another torrent item gets "stalled".
So the number of stalled torrent downloads seems to be allways 10

'Stalled' means that there is no traffic coming in when downloading.
If you think the torrent's status should be 'Seeding', consider a re-check of the torrent's files.
