Some files in the download list have;
a) 0 (0) seeders
b) 0 (1) seeders
so their status are "Downloading Metadata" and they are not downloading any Metada at all. They stuck at this point.
and since they OCCUPY the "Active Downloads" slots my other files are NOT downloading.
Is there a setting to automatically skip this files of which status are "Downloading Metada" and have "0" seeders?
