Constant io errors and torrents stalling...

Qbittorent used to be good perhaps its the latest version I am using?
Using win 7 and constant io errors. My torrent/s stop then say stalled.I need to kill the Qbittorent process and restart in order for the torrent to restart. It will start for a few minutes then stall again.
I really like Qbitorrent so would like to fix.

P.S Not using VPN and no antivirus.
UPDATE: Everything working fine for 15 mins or so solid.Could be because I am downloading 2X 35Gb and 2X 45Gb files at the same time?
