I have a movie now at 86.2% says stalled, been like this for a day now how can I get rest of this movie

You probably can't. I had one like that that I kept in the queue for over a year. I finally gave up and deleted it. But who knows? You might get lucky!

Thats a shame as its an old movie a friend wants called "Two A Penny 1967 " I have 86.2% dont suppose you know where i can find it the torrent is called Two A Penny 1967 DVDRip XViD.[N1C] so thats only torrent i have seen

From what I've found, the file that you're trying to download (1.36 GB) only has 0.863 availability.
Unless it becomes 1.000 or greater, you'll have to either wait or find another source.
