Does qBittorrent use IsolatedStorage?

Hi! Avira Antivirus Pro has been messing with qBittorrent and it also quarantined a bunch of .dat and .bin files from C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage. Does qBittorrent use IsolatedStorage or is this something else entirely? Should I restore it from quarantine or will qBittorrent function properly without it?
