Hi.

I'm running qBittorrent v4.1.8 (64-bit) on Windows 10.

qBittorrent has consistently had this problem for me. After I shut down the application, its process keeps on running in the background. I have to shut it down using the task manager. Is it supposed to do this? If so, for what purpose?

I'm bumping this because despite QB being updated several times, the problem still persists.
