An question about Last seen complete [General-Transfer]

Hey all, guys how does Last seen complete work? F.e.I uploaded a torrent and i saw this inscription "Last seen complete: never" in my general tab, after about 2-3 hours it has changed to date and time.
Is it default to have this status for all new uploaded torrents? And why it changes with time? (mb this status changes automatically after somebody downloads your upload)? Should i worry or it's a standart thing for all new torrents?
