qBittorrent official forums

It stops downloading or uploading every 2 days or so. I have to restart qBittorrent.
The only error message I see in the log before this happens is :
11/13/2019 4:29 AM - Bad Http request, closing socket. IP: ::.......

I'm also using SOCKS5 proxy through PIA.

Any advice on how I can troubleshoot what is happening?

maybe your router? or some software?
to be fair, PIA has been bought out, so I guess it's time to look for a new provider anyway.
I went with Mullvad, but no idea if it's any good yet. it just had the same 5 concurrent users + SOCKS5 + port forward + anonymity, and I was like, why not. Point is, you should start looking around.

Think I inadvertently screwed up my Settings, particularly "Port" - it was working fine until yesterday. Any tips on getting the Port back to the original setting or how to "Restore" or uninstall/install my qBittorrent v4.1.9.1. software.
