web interface does not work from outside

Hi everyone, I've been going crazy for 4.5 hours; I installed qbittorrent ver. 4.1.9.1 64bit in my computer, I set the web interface correctly with port 8181 and configured the NAT ports on the modem and configured windows firewall to open port 8181.
It works only in local LAN but if I try with my external ip I can't access it, by no mistake only infinite loading
Please help me by becoming mad
