qBittorrent problem. help!

Hi, I have around 20 files in qBittorrent, but when I open it I see many files are in "Pause". They seem to be missing files but it's not true. Look at the pics please. Infact when I click on "Force Resume", then they go on Active" and the download is right. I have this problem every time I open qBittorrent. How can I solve please? Thanks
