qBittorrent official forums

Hi,
I'm using CyberGhost VPN software and I've followed the online guides (like https://vpnveteran.com/qbittorrent/) to configure it and qBittorrent to ensure my IP is protected. However, while I can download files from torrents with no problems, and a decent enough download speed, I don't seem to be able to upload data. The "Up speed" column is always 0, so I'm feeling rather uncomfortable/guilty about not contributing to torrents.
Any ideas?

To be able to properly seed, you need to have active port forward. CyberGhost does not allow that.

I'd recommend getting another VPN provider. Windscribe (for extra), Mullvad for example both allow port forward.
Option B is to buy the cheapest seedbox plan to maintain ratio.
