Both my download and upload speeds stagnant at 0. I had two torrents download earlier today and now qB isn't working. I have tried in Deluge and uT but same results. Downloads aren't fluctuating or spiking whatsoever. I've been running Airvpn the entire time, and its been showing the consistent download and upload connections. Ive tried switching IPs, ports, restarting my computer, reinstalling my vpn and clients, I don't know what else I could change
Could my ISP or router be blocked somehow? I only just started with qB today so I'm not sure how they could have detected it this fast, if at all. Im pretty sure it can be fixed with a change in settings but I'm not sure what and i don't want to change anything without knowing what it does.
