4.2.2 "determined to exhibit ransomware characteristics"

Immediately after downloading the latest qbittorrent, CyberSight RansomStopper 3.1.1 reports:

"qbittorrent_4.2.2_x64_setup.exe has been determined to exhibit ransomware characteristics. The file has been quarantined."

I've been using RansomStopper for a couple years, and have downloaded a few previous versions of qbittorrent during that time without RansomStopper reporting any problem. Has anybody else seen any flags raised by this new version?
