qbit downloading 3kbps after update 4.2.3

after i made the update, my torrents wont go any higher than 3kbps per download.
is there a problem in the update or its something else?
Because, before the update, i tried to download and it was amazing as always, but after the update even the same link wont download higher than 3kbps.

Same problem here after update speed is 1.4 mbps with almost 400 seeders normally download speed is around 35 mbps have a optic fibre connection
