lmao, if you can't use a calculator, you can always rely on Google...

(its easier to just memorize how much internet you have, ie.: ~2600kbps download and 125kbps upload... and just set rates according to that. you don't want to set it like super precise anyway... so like if you just browse the web, watch Youtube, I'd set down to ~2000kbps and upload to ~50kbps maybe.)
