Importing previously downloaded movie folders - HELP

Hi. I hope someone can help me, Please! I had a HDD failure but managed to salvage the Download folder where I have the folders for the movies I've downloaded from IPTorrents. I've fitted the new HDD and had to reinstall Windows and Qbitorrent, and everything is working fine with new downloads going into the Download folder as before, but I can't see how to get QBT to see the previous movies that are in the same Download folder so that they start seeding again. Can anyone help me????? Thanks in anticipation. Peter
