I am trying to download 'Hunting Hitler,' since it's not on Netflix or YT. I'm stuck at 36%.
When I click 'Resume,' the DL speed jumps up to about 600KiB, and it's like throwing a ball in the air. As fast as it rises, it falls back to zero. Then I click Force Download, the same thing happens. I have 3(11) seeders. No matter what I do, zero is the default download speed.
Is there a setting I can change for constant download?
