qBittorrent v4.2.5 (He отвечает)

After starting, the application is displayed, shows a list of downloads (about 20), some outgoing traffic, but does not respond to clicks. The application window becomes weightless, the inscription "Не отвечает" ("Not responding") appears in the window title. At the same time, the CPU load by "qBittorrent - A Bittorrent Client" process is negligible.
Before that, I configured using \nova3\engines\jackett.json to use the Jackett application. Now the Jackett service is stopped, the jackett.json is deleted.
Where to start the search for the causes of the malfunction? And how to restore the application with maximum preservation of all settings?
