DHT: 0 nodes connection status offline

I installed qbittorrent on a new computer, and it worked as expected for a few days. However yesterday I opened it up, performed a search, which worked as expected, but none of the torrents would download. I looked at the connection status and it was listed as offline, DHT 0. I confirmed there was a firewall app exception (vipre firewall) and I created an exception for the specific port that qbittorrent listed in settings with no luck in creating a connection. I tried restarting qbit, restarting my computer, reinstalling qbit, but no luck thus far. I checked my old computer to see if it was working there, thinking it may be a network issue, but it's working normally on the old computer, so I'm a bit frustrated and out of ideas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Windows 10 PC version 1909
