I often seem to have torrents in my list that have seeds yet don't download - even when I move the torrent to the top of the queue. Why is this?
I've got one right now stuck at 99.9% - I've been eagerly waiting for it to complete and it only needs a tiny bit more data - and there are 3 seeds. It's very frustrating.
