DLL wrapper for Developers

I'm not sure where to post this, I could not find a developer forum.

I'm just about finished with a DLL wrapper for .net, etc that will help speed up the development of apps accessing QBittorrent. It has been tested with my App and seems to be working fine.

Can someone point me in the proper direction to post the DLL and information for developers?
