Settings with CyberGhost VPN

I currently run CyberGhost VPN using their Torrent server. (USA) I have a gig conn but vpn enabled gives me 300mb.. My torrents tho are only DLing at around 500kb.. Is there any settings that I can change anywhere to increase speed?
