Need to re-install - How to backup QBT to restore Seeds

Hi I am finding myself having to reinstall my Win10 onto a new drive as the other is having performance issues.
What folders in which locations do I need to backup from the old system drive to be able to restore QBT and retain all the seeds I currently have open?
I know I will have to ensure that drive letters where the downloaded files are kept will need to be set to reflect same location as they are now and that is easy.
I'm more concerned with which folder (AppData, ProgramData etc...) does QBT keep it's queue listed so when I get back all the torrents currently running in QBT are there again.
