Automatically Remove Torrents stuck in Downloading Metadata status

What setting can I use in Qbittorent to automatically delete these torrents that get stuck in "downloading metadata" status. I am using Lidarr, Radarr, etc and sometimes i get crappy torrents that never connect. But I cant seem to figure out how to automate the deletion of these. If that is not an option, I would be open to another option of removing torrents that haven't downloaded or started in 'x' # of minutes.
