qBittorrent keeps on adding files which are not supposed to be downloaded

Suppose I am downloading a megapack which has 100 videos. Suppose I want to download only 5 videos out.
After these 5 videos are downloaded, I delete 2 videos because I want to keep only 3 videos. So what I do is that I uncheck those 2 videos from the app, then manually delete them from hard disk.
Next time I start qbittorrent, it errors saying "missing files". It marks the 2 deleted videos as missing. When I force-recheck, it again adds the 2 deleted videos, even though I have unckecked them!!
This is wrong. The app should understand that user wants to delete the 2 videos and should not add these again and again. Please resolve this.
