Are these connection limit settings proper for 50Mbit Download/20Mbit Upload speeds?

I've started to seed recently after I got higher upload speed and I wanted buffer a good ratio at private trackers but I doubt these settings are proper. So can you guys check these for me If it's best settings for my connection to seed at max potential? Also should I enable torrent queueing?
