Congratulations for the forum, I was reading a lot before writing.
Qbittorrent it is excellent, I have been using it for a short time and it works perfectly.
In my opinion there are 2 different scenarios:
• Qbittorrent on Public Trackers: It works perfect ... there are a lot of people downloading and sharing the files, you get very good speed and you even have to limit the upload.
Even with default settings
• Qbittorrent in private trackers: most of them are accessed by invitation, there are many people but almost all are advanced users, all download very fast and in a short time there are very few leechers. That generates that no matter how much you share there is no upload.
At first I thought it was Qbittorrent and started to change settings . all gave me the same result.
Qbittorrent works perfectly, to test it use good and reliable public trackers.
If anyone knows any good settings for sharing on private trackers I would like to test them.
Regards
Qbittorrent: Private vs Public Trackers

For private trackers, it's always the same.
- The best solution is to use a seed server (to seed, maintain ratio/buffer).
Since most users use a seed server on those sites, it's hard to compete with those.
- If you wish to use a VPN, make sure to choose a provider that supports port forward.
And make sure to set that up too.
- If you just use your home connection, make sure you set up your local port forward properly.
