All torrents are "stalled" - Please help

** Any Suggestions Are Greatly Appreciated! ***
I am running Windows 10 64bit and a VPN. All of the actions taken are while VPN is active.
After downloading qBitorrent, I used the suggestions from TechJunkie to optimize qBit (https://www.techjunkie.com/best-qbittor ... ment-74859)
I followed the instructions, including those in Port Forwarding. I logged into my Arris router and noted its two DNS name server addresses.
My TCP/IPv4 was already selected to “Use the following address” but no address nor subnet mask was entered. Should I enter the IPv4, SUbnet, and DNS server addresses that I found using ipconfig /all? Every port I randomly select in qBitTorrent’s tools is not seen when I use CanUSeeMe.org

There is your problem; Your port is not reachable resulting into not connectable to others. I would search there to fix that first.

As I said earlier these stalled issues mostly happens with VPN users it seems (again).
