Suddenly all torrents from a specific tracker turned into "not working".
No seeding, not downloading new torrents. I can access their web interface.

If I access the URL http://site.net/announce.php?passkey=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX through a browser I get the following error:

d14:failure reason24:Invalid info_hash (0 - )e

Any idea what could cause the issue?

Seems a problem with that particular private tracker.

You are a member of that site I assume or were you ghostleeching?

I am not ghost leeching (I dont even know what it is).
I am member of the site, I can login to the site, and download torrents. I have positive ratio (>1) also.

Suddenly all my torrents from this tracker stopped working.
New torrents also are not working.
I tried to change the hash on the tracker, still the same issue.

I disabled my PC firewall, just to ensure that its not accidentally blocked from it.

Using vuze I got a more detailed error description (instead of just an offline/refused).

It was an HTTP 403 error; finally was solved by the tracker.
