Web UI URL for completed torrents no longer working

I used to be able to navigate to "http://localhost:8080/query/torrents?filter=completed" and get a list of completed torrents. Now I am getting the message "Not Found". The web UI seems to be working otherwise since I can still go to "http://localhost:8080/" and see the normal interface. I am using version 4.3.3 64-bit. What could be the problem?
