I can confirm this bug (running on Windows 2008R2 64bit).
Is this bug not accepted?
It is not listed on the official issue list (as far as I can tell).

I just uploaded
qbt 3.0.5 build with libtorrent 0.16.4 which should contain the fix for DHT. Please test and report back.

I tried to download several torrents via magnet links. Bug seems fixed now.

Yes, I confirm. It's fixed now! Thank you Devs! Now qbittorrent is the best bittorrent client!
