Move After Download

Post by Shane »

Greetings,

Is it possible to move a folder after it downloads?

When I go into Options > Downloads, what is the difference between "Copy .torrent files to:" and "Copy .torrent files for finished downloads to:"? They look like they both copy a file after it downloads.

Thanks,
Shane.

It's possible.

1) You have to enable the "incomplete download folder"

Set a folder there, where you want your TEMPORARY files at.

2) You have to set your DEFAULT SAVE PATH to where you want your finished downloads.

YOU DON'T NEED TO MESS WITH 3 and 4.

I am making an assumption that by folder you are referring to the downloaded data. For that I use a number of categories. Each category has a different save location. When I change a torrent from one category to another it changes the torrent's location automatically. Your default "Torrent Management Mode" needs to be set to automatic for this to work. You can also move the location of the data by right clicking on the torrent in the interface and choosing set location.

This seems to be working.
