[REQ] Torrent options to indicate Priority

In uT 2.2.1 there were options per Torrent and per Content/Files to set the priority of them (numeric for individual files (1-15, I believe, with 8 being the default) and per torrent in the client (High, Normal, Low - this option was an additional column).
These options would be VERY handy in qB.
