Why encrypt (or rename) the torrent files in qB's AppData folder?

Post by DeathStalker »

EVERY time I start up qB it wants to have some files I had to re-name and re-DL from when I was using uT and the files are NOT in the original torrent file. There seems to be NO WAY I can get rid of these files from qB - EVERY time I start it, it's looking for those bad files, even after I have deleted the item from the client and added it back in from the ORIGINAL torrent file.

I would DL the record for those torrents from qB's listing in the AppData folder, but there is NO WAY to tell what file is what torrent!

This is seriously f'd up - what is the purpose in doing the db files like that?!

Ok, so the files are renamed to the hash - but again, WHAT IS THE POINT IN THAT?
